What data we collect
Name, email, phone, delivery and billing address, order history, and payment status (we never see your full card details; payments are handled by our payment provider). Technical data such as IP address and cookies, if you accept them.
Why and on what basis
To process and deliver orders and handle returns (contract). To meet accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation). To send marketing emails only if you have subscribed (consent, which you can withdraw at any time). To keep the shop secure and improve it (legitimate interest).
Who we share data with
Shopify (store platform), our payment provider Shopify Payments, carriers DPD, Omniva and Itella (Smartpost), and our accountant. Some providers may process data outside the EU under EU-approved safeguards.
How long we keep it
Accounting records for 7 years as required by Estonian law. Marketing data until you unsubscribe. Other data only as long as needed for the purposes above.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object to processing, and request data portability by writing to info@abby.ee. You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee).
