2. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed on abby.ee by consumers. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them.
3. Products and prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT (24%) unless stated otherwise. Product photos are illustrative. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors and will contact you before shipping if this affects your order.
4. Ordering and contract
The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. If a product is out of stock, we will inform you without delay and refund any amount already paid.
5. Payment
Payment methods offered at checkout: payment cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay, processed by Shopify Payments. The order is processed once payment is received.

7. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. See Returns and withdrawal.
8. Conformity of goods
We are liable for defects of goods as provided by Estonian law. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us at info@abby.ee and we will resolve it.
9. Product information and safety
Follow the instructions and warnings on the packaging. Do a patch test if you have sensitive skin. Cosmetic products do not treat or cure medical conditions.
10. Complaints and disputes
Send complaints to info@abby.ee; we reply within 14 days. If we cannot agree, you may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon, www.tarbijakaitseamet.ee) or the courts. Estonian law applies.
