14-day right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To do so, send a clear statement to info@abby.ee (for example: "I withdraw from order no. X"). You may use the withdrawal form below, but it is not required.
How to return
Send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal to: R8B OÜ, Karja tn 1-6, Parksepa alevik, Võru vald, Võru maakond, 65509, Estonia. The customer pays the direct cost of returning the goods. We refund the price of the goods, and the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may wait until we have received the goods back or you have shown proof of sending them.
Condition of returned goods
Goods must be returned unused, in original packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, sealed cosmetic products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery cannot be returned. You are liable for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the goods.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at info@abby.ee with a photo within 14 days. We will replace it or refund you, and cover the return cost.
